Where are ‘You’ and ‘I’ in the world of AI?  👉 Set your own “AI Goal” 🎯

How many of you think that AI will replace humans?
Well even I don’t have a ready answer to it, but all I could say is a ‘person who possesses the skill of AI will definitely do.
So the question in front of us in current times is definitely not ‘what ‘AI’ will do to humans’, rather ‘As humans what if we don’t empower ourselves with AI and become Human+?’. Because today we are being scared with AI breakthroughs and tomorrow someone may do a bigger breakthrough and call it CI(Conscious Intelligence) and say it will rule both Humans and AI :-). As there is never an end to evolution and ‘change is only the constant’.

Even after working for 12+ years as a professional in various disciplines, I never felt even a single day that I am irreplaceable. It sounds like an insecure thought but it didn’t take much time for all my contemporaries to feel the same after the AI breakthrough. So the issue is real and always there, now no one has the audacity to claim that ‘I am irreplaceable’ no matter in what position & experience he/she posses (if anyone has still doubt, wait for little more time for AI to mature and your ground to break :-)).

This boils down to a simple question: ‘How to catch up with AI?’

The answer is to set your ‘own AI goals’ and work backwards.

As an insight I will share my AI goals:

Goal 1: All these years my biggest worry was ‘what if someone replaces me?’ So I made it my personal AI goal, to address this issue.
“To develop/Own an AI based search engine, which can work offline (that can go Online when needed) with the amount of data (including text, images, audios, videos) that we feed in”.

The outcome of this goal will make the application do most of the clerical job of mine, also this ensures my data privacy and customizes outputs specific to my needs.

Goal 2: Throughout my professional career, I have often found myself preoccupied with managing emails. In fact, I estimate that nearly 30% of my time has been devoted to this task. Each email in my inbox felt like a ticking time bomb, as I constantly worried about overdue responses or the potential for inadequate replies to the recipients. So, I made this as my personal AI goal to address the concern:
“To own an AI enabled email management tool, which can keep responses in draft ready, just for review before sending or sometimes can close the loop by itself autonomously”.

Conventionally we open Inbox and respond to mails, but I see my future will be checking my “Drafts” and “Outbox” folder for responding mails.

The outcome of both the goals will be immense, it is like converting my gadgets as replicas of my brain.

I started my journey, how about you?

Invest in Your Future: How thoughtful preparation today can unlock your greatest potential.

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed colleagues, and friends,

Today, I want to share with you a vision of possibility, growth, and collaboration that I believe can transform our lives and careers. As we stand here, most of us in our mid-30s, we're at a pivotal moment. Life truly begins at 40, and we have a golden opportunity to shape our future.

Vocal for Local - Reach to Global:

First and foremost, I want to emphasize the power of thinking globally. Whatever you're doing now, no matter how small it may seem, aim to take it to a global audience. The world is more connected than ever, and your product or service has the potential to reach millions.

I believe in the potential of each and every one in the nation. Whether working or a housewife, we all have immense possibilities ahead. In fact, those who aren't committed to a full-time job might have even more energy to invest in something bigger.

Speaking of investment, let's talk about the most valuable resource we have: "time". Investing time is far more crucial than investing money. Think about it - if you invest 1 crore of your hard-earned money, it's equivalent to 5-8 years of your time. But what if someone invested that 1 crore in your idea? Imagine the possibilities of what you could achieve in those 5-8 years with your capabilities!

Capitalize on your Network:

Don't be afraid of failure or what others might think. Take calculated risks. Remember, for every success story, there are numerous setbacks. When I cleared my CA exams, I gave over 40 interviews without landing the job I wanted. But I didn't give up. I taught at Masterminds, and eventually, through networking, I landed a corporate job and later a position at Amazon that paid more than my managers at my previous job.

The lesson here? Alone, we might be ordinary, but together, we become extraordinary. Collaboration is key. Don't work in silos. Share your ideas, your dreams. For every 100 people you approach, you might find that one person who aligns with your vision and can propel you forward.

Never underestimate the power of networking and referrals. While I've been setting up my company in Chicago and seeking clients for the past year, a friend in India promised to transfer his global company as a client to me. This wouldn't have happened if I had kept my plans to myself.

Remove fears and Inhibitions:

Lastly, don't fear the "evil eye" or unnecessary attention. Instead, embrace the possibility of collaboration. Seek out those with a similar mindset. Remember, to find that one perfect fit for your vision, you might need to approach 100 people - but that one person could make all the difference.

As we stand on the cusp of our 40s, let's not just dream big - let's act big. Let's support each other, collaborate, and create a network that propels us all to global success. The time is now, the opportunity is here, and together, we can achieve the extraordinary.

Conclusion:

My journey to evolve and quest to identify change-makers for India has begun. What about you?
